Q: Do you carry Public Liability Insurance?
A: Yes £5 million pounds in full Public Liability Insurance. All current safety and insurance documents are available to see on request.
Q: Do you do both indoor & outdoor events?
A: Yes, for outdoor events rain covers / sun shades are provided for the all arched and enclosed castles as well as a cover for the bouncy castle inflator which is suitable in event of light rain.
Q: How safe are the castles that you supply?
A: Very safe. All our castles have the relevant test certificates which have been issued by an in depend inspector by the issuing body.
Q: Is VAT applicable or included to the prices on the site?
A: Being a small business VAT is not applicable and so the prices you see on the website are the prices you pay.
Q: Can I hire a castle and charge a pay per play system?
A: Yes but we strongly recommend that you take out your own Public Liability Insurance for your event in case of injury, as you are charging rather than us. We can recommend an insurance company that specialize in one day event insurance. We also ask that you do not add posters or other promotional materials on our castles without permission.
Q: How much space do I need to leave for the castle?
A: There must be a minimum of an additional 4ft at front & back of the castle (for the blower and easy access) and we recommended that there is an additional 2ft on either side of the castle. Please also ensure that there is enough room to bring the castle to the area where you would like it set up, as a trolley is used.
Q: What time do you deliver and collect the castles?
A: Deliveries and collections times are flexible, although typically delivery is made between 8am - 11am and collection between 5:30pm - 7pm. Overnight hire is available.
Q: Is your equipment clean?
A: Yes. Equipment is checked after each use to ensure that it remains clean. We do ask that if you do make a mess on our equipment, that you clean it up as quickly and safely as possible as, if there is substantial mess, a cleaning charge will be applied.
Q: What do the prices include?
A: All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, a small charge may need to be charged for out of area deliveries, (please contact us for delivery rates). You will also receive a blower, extension cable, circuit breaker and safety crash mat, the price also includes set up, inflation and collection.
Q: When are your bouncy castles available?
A: Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round including Bank Holidays.
Q: How long do I get the equipment for?
A: Most parties are in the afternoon and so we will deliver and set up your castle between 9 am and 12 noon we will then come and take the castle away after your party has finished usually from 6 pm onwards although pick up time can be arranged to suit it can be no later than 9 pm.
Q: How do I pay?
A: Most people choose to pay cash on delivery, or PayPal (prior to the day), or credit or debit card on the day (VisaDebit, Visa, Mastercard & Electron).
Q: Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
A: No this is not possible however if it is a very slight slope it may be ok, you will need to discuss this prior to the booking.
Q: When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?
A: We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply, also you will need to provide 2 forms of I.D. i.e. Drivers Licence, Utility Bill etc. this forms part of the hire agreement.
Q: Do you supply safety instructions?
A: Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire.
Q: What happens if its raining on the day?
A: We will call you on the morning of your hire to discuss if its raining or if its forecast high winds or thunderstorms. If its forecasting rain and you wish to cancel please call us between 7.30-8.00am to cancel.
Q: Is there an age limit for children using the castle?
A: Yes please see our availability page as this will give you the information on each piece of equipment.
The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.
If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity and provide a full refund. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.
Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
The booking fee is non refundable if the booking is cancelled by yourself. If cancelled by yourself on the day due to the forecast of showers / rain the booking fee will be transferable to another date only.
